Use Disc Brake Spreader Need Help Changing My Brake Pads On My 2005 Toyota 4runner!!??

Need help changing my brake pads on my 2005 toyota 4runner!!?? - use disc brake spreader

I bought new brake pads and the caliper piston, I must go to the new brake pads adapt to the brake disc. wrong with my tool dealer. Is it effective or easy to spread the brake piston into the caliper brakes? nothing helped.
